POLICIES
My policies have been created to support me as an artist and to ensure you have a smooth experience, make sure you read over them!
When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all policies including my cancellation policy.
PAYMENT
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit payment of 50% for your booking to be secured.
Deposits are offset against the final price on the day of your booking.
I accept card or cash payments.
I do not offer refunds.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
ARRIVE ON TIME
If you are 10 minutes late:
You will be charged for the booked service(s), but receive a reduced service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late:
Your appointment will be considered cancelled and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Running late?
Please send a text if you are running late.
If I am running behind schedule, I will notify you via text on your updated start time.
Consider that you may need extra time for parking upon arrival. There is no parking available outside the clinic, but there is ample parking available in and around the town.
MY RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY (THIS ONE’S SUPER IMPORTANT!)
You will receive a reminder text and email exactly 72 hours prior to your booking. You then have 24 hours left to reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge.
If you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking:
You will be charged 50% of your total bill.
If you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your booking or fail to attend without any notice:
You will be charged 100% of your total bill.
HOUSEKEEPING
No guests, animals, children or babies are permitted to accompany you to your appointment.
No smoking, vaping or food is allowed within the clinic.
Please avoid using your phone whilst I am performing your treatment.
ILLNESS
If you are sick, think you may be sick, are getting over being sick, or have been exposed to anyone exhibiting symptoms of something contagious you must cancel your appointment.
If you show up unwell to your appointment, you will be denied service and charged a 100% cancellation fee.
CONVERSATION BOUNDARIES
Please choose conversation topics mindfully. I’m always here to listen, but please keep in mind I am an artist without the skills or capacity to help with big issues.
Conversations related to subjects such as politics, trauma, violence, abuse and speaking negatively of yourself or others are strongly discouraged.
If I am made to feel uncomfortable, I may choose to end your service or cancel future appointments.
